When Is Rent Due?

Rent is due the 1st of EVERY month - Late fees are posted at 5:00pm on the 2nd of the month. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Where Can I Pay Rent?

Rent can be sent via mail to our office at 1776 W. Lakeview Stillwater, 74075. You can drop it off in person at our office. We also have two 24 Hr. drop box locations. One at our office and another located at the James Creek Pool. We also have the option for automatic withdrawal from your bank account.  Call or email for more information about automatic withdrawal.

When Do I Put The Utilities In My Name?

Utilities are required to be established in the tenant's name by the day the lease begins. Even if you do not move in right away, the services still need to be in your name.

What Are Your Office Hours?

Campbell Office hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm. By appointment only on Saturday.
